It is relatively fast diet and effective on top of it. The results are visible in just under 15 days.

So after 5 days in, you need to make a 2 days break. That’s 15 days + 6 days break. The full duration of the diet is 21 days.

You should be aware that the main ingredient in the diet is boiled eggs. Anyone who has chronic diseases is not recommended to take it. After you go through it, although its subjective based on the overall weight, you should be able to lose between 7 to 15 kilos.

Proteins in every egg are 6.28 grams. They do contain all the essential for proper functioning of the body. Histidine, leucine, lycine, threonine, valine and Vitamins A, B2, B12, B5, D and E.

High protein foods are very helpful when we are trying to lose some weight. Read below what’s included in the diet.

Day 1

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of wheat bread and white coffee
  • Snack: Fruit by your preference
  • Lunch: 150 grams of chicken meat (it should be boiled), vegetable soup and 1 chopped boiled egg
  • Snack: Fruit by your preference
  • Dinner: Tuna can, 1 slice of wheat bread and 1 tomato

Day 2

  • Breakfast: White coffee accompanied by 1 slice of wheat bread and boiled egg.
  • Snack: This should be in the form of fruit yogurt
  • Lunch: Chicken soup, 100 grams of tomato salad and 150 grams of white fish
  • Snack: 2 boiled eggs
  • Dinner: 1 slice of whole bread and vegetable soup

Day 3

  • Breakfast: White coffee, 1 pate and 1 slice of wheat bread
  • Snack: Boiled eggs (2)
  • Lunch: Beef soup, Green salad and Spaghetti (200 grams) with meatballs.
  • Snack: Fruit Yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 slice of what bread with omelette made out of 2 eggs

Day 4

  • Breakfast: Cup of tea, slice of wheat bread, butter and organic honey (1 tablespoon)
  • Snack: Fruit by your preference
  • Lunch: Spinach soup, green salad with 200 grams of beef
  • Snack: Fruit
  • Dinner: Slice of wheat bread, green pepper, 100 grams of chicken meat and 50 grams of boiled rice
Day 5
  • Breakfast: Lemonade with a slice of wheat bread, hot dog and mustard
  • Snack: 1 boiled egg
  • Lunch: 100 grams of green boiled beans, 1 slice of wheat bread with 150 grams of chicken
  • Snack: Fruit yogurt
  • Dinner: 2 slices of salami, salad by your own preference and slice of wheat bread

It’s very subjective but you should give this diet a try. You might be surprised by the results. Remember after 5 days, you need to take a 2 day break and then repeat the whole process again.
